It is Kate here with you today!  February brings several thoughts to mind … the start of Mardi Gras, Valentine’s Day, and in our house the Westminster Dog Show! My husband loves to watch it! That was the inspiration for this layout.

The photo is of our puppy Jack and while he will never make it to a real legit dog show he will always be ‘Our Best In Show’. I used the kraft card stock and placed the vellum sheet over it to add some texture to the layout.

For the hearts I used the Elle’s Studio stamp set and cut them out. A few sequins and some journaling completed the page. It’s clean and simple and really lets the photo be the focus. So, who is your ‘best in show’??? 🙂
