I wanted to document a photo that I had been holding onto for a few months of my youngest brother and I. At times it is hard to document the boys or men in our life as there is an endless supply of girly paper on the market. I felt that our February Hip Kit & Add-On Kits had just the right mix of boy and girl colors to create this layout about my brother and I. I generally like to start with a subtle patterned background because I tend to layer a lot, and I thought the painted woodgrain was perfect. Then I began layering with some of the other patterned papers from our kit to give nice texture and some dimension to my page.  The embellishments included in our main kit, Embellishment Add-On & Color Add-On Kits allowed me to give the perfect finishing touches to my project.   Make sure to watch my Process Video below to see exactly how I created my page.  I hope you all enjoy it!  xo Emily
