I have to say that I have had so much fun playing with our awesome October 2013 Hip Kit & Add-On Kits! Today I want to share a couple of fun Halloween cards that I made with the products on our October kit(s). I love that the color palette includes navy blue rather than the traditional black. It makes the collection so much more versatile. I hope my cards inspire you to create some Halloween cards for your friends and family members. Enjoy! xo – Kimberly – |
The Basic Grey Persimmon Die Cuts & Transparencies from our October Main Hip Kit. I used the owl, leaf and wide arrow from that pack on my card. I also included a couple of stars and the “Boo” sticker included on the sticker sheet & a strip of the Freckled Fawn Gold Star Washi Tape from our October Embellishment Add-On Kit. I finished my card by lightly misting Heidi Swapp Gold Lame Color Shine Mist on the background of my card. I LOVE the gold accents!
This card also includes the gold star washi tape and one of the Freckled Fawn Wood Veneer Arrows from our Embellishment Add-On Kit. I also used the “Happy Halloween” & “Trick or Treat” die cuts from our main kit to add the sentiment to my card. These products make creating great cards super easy!
