The weekend is only one day away. :D Today I have a collection of inspiring projects to share with you that were created by Cindy Stevens using the products in our January 2013 Hip Kit. Cindy really shows the versatility of this kit with each layout and card she creates. I love them all and I hope you will too!!! |
 Woodgrain is always a nice subtle background. It adds a beautiful richness to this layout and really allows the photos to take center stage. I also love the combination of the Midway Alphabet Stickers (from our January 2013 Embellishment Add-On Kit) and the Darling Dear Mini Alphabet (from our main Hip Kit)… they make such an eye catching title.  The smallest details add so much to layouts. Notice how Cindy added punched circles to the gold polka vellum at the bottom of her page. Securing them with staples makes this element even more interesting.
 Lots of color and texture on this page! LOVE!!! The use of a black & white photo on this layout made it all work together… and allowed the photo to remain the focus of her page. Using the grey Fourteen February paper as the background give such a nice foundation.  Check out all of the different layers… each one entices the eye to look deeper into her page. All of the bits and pieces look like they are just “meant to be”.
 Layers, layers layers!!! Take them all in. This lovely card has so many wonderful elements. The doily gives texture and a nice solid canvas for all of the great embellishments. I am so glad you stopped by today. I hope Cindy’s projects have inspired you to carve out some time this weekend to do something creative. There is nothing better that feeding your creative soul.
