July 2012 Hip Kit… Inspiring

Good Morning!
It is Kimberly here with you today and I have some fabulous projects to share with you that were created by Cindy Stevens using our awesome July Hip Kit. Cindy has such great talented for adding whimsy to her layouts.

She takes the products in her Hip Kits to the next level by using them in unexpected ways.
I love all of the layering on this layout.  Layering gives such nice texture to your pages and projects.  The sun all by itself is really cute, but by adding the wood veneer hearts and gems it really pops right off the page.  Also, by matting her title on white cardstock it stands out from the background, plus she is able to move it around on her page until she finds the perfect placement.  So cute!

The red and white ribbon on this card was created by layering the washi tape from our July Embellishment Add-On Kit onto white cardstock.  The second ribbon was cut from the blue and white polka dot Fabrip.  The other great little detail on this card is the ruffle behind the blue and white circle.  It was made by folding little strips of washi tape in half and adhering it to the back of the circle.  So unique!

The products included in our July Hip Kit make putting quick cards together a breeze.  The great thing is that they won’t look like they were just thrown together because everything coordinates together.
