Hi Everyone… Melanie here today to share a cute little card that I made with our May Hip Kit. I have to tell you that combining pattern papers is Kimberly’s specialty. am always so impressed with the colors and prints she puts together each month, and our May Kit is no exception. |

I used the stripe, yellow gingham, and floral prints together for this “Thinking of You” card. Adding in the dark blue scallop tag strip at the bottom grounds my card. I looped the ribbon in the corner and topped it off with the pretty blue button. Butterflies are one of my favorite things to add to my projects lately. I really like to add them in subtle ways to give a little texture, but I don’t want them to stand out too much. This is exactly what I did on this card – they just add a nice finishing touch.
