Mary-Ann Maldonado here with a Recipe Challenge layout!  This one is fun.  I had to dust off my border punches (which is certainly quite the collection) and use them on this page along with 3 photos, buttons or brands, chipboard and 3 patterned papers at a minimum.   The March Hip Kit had everything I needed except the punches and photos.

 

To create more dimension and contrast, I layered a smaller piece of the same paper on top of a larger piece.  You’ll need to look close to see.  Plus you will see the stamp style border punch that I used.

 

 

When I add things, such as the frames to my layout, I like to cut off the portion that I am going to use, tuck it in and save the remaining pieces for another project.  You get more use out of them by doing this.  If its is going to be hidden anyway, why not!
