Hi everyone, Jana here with a new Layout for you. It´s Mixed Media Monday and i was asked to use a CutFile on this Project… i decided to use this one from Kim Watson. This Layout is my first one with the June 2018 HipKits and like every month, i am totally overhelmed and i want to use it all… But since it is Mixed Media Monday let´s focus on the Color Kit first, ok? You´ll find some awesome new Shimmerz Paints in it, two Shimmering Paints, Pink-O-De-Mayo and Going Peach Side and one Vibez Paints called Frost Bit… and also a gorgeous Stamp Set from Vicki Boutin.

I used the two Shimmering Paints and some texture Paste under the wreath. I really love the light colors and how everything is working so perfect together. The new Simple & Sweet Collection from Pinkfresh Studio is awesome and you´ll find a lot of it in the June Kits.
Because of all the light and bright colors i needed something dark in the mix. I added some black enamel dots and black words/title. But that was not enough, so i also grabbed one of the Hip Kit Club Exclusive Papers to stick the white cardstock on it. This makes a huge difference and i am very happy about it.
I stitched the wreath on my paper because i love stitches on my projects and it allows me to bend the leaves and get a lot of dimension.
