Happy Wednesday!

Today I am sharing a couple projects by Cindy Stevens created with our June 2013 Hip Kit & Add-On Kits.  She does such an amazing job embellishing her projects.  She used the Studio Calico Circle Mask from our April/May Color Add-On Kit along with some watercolor pencils from her stash to create the circle pattern on her layout.  These masks are great because you can use them over and over again.  :D  Her card has such wonderful texture, dimension and contrast.  I love how she cut a window in the white cardstock so that the black and white stripe paper could peek through.  I am totally inspired by Cindy’s projects and I can’t wait to sit down with my June kit to make something awesome.  I hope you feel the same way.  Enjoy!!!

The cute butterflies and arrows were stamped using the the Jillibean Soup Clear Stamps and Tide Pool Hero Arts Shadow Ink from our June 2013 Stamp Add-On Kit.  These are really versatile products that can be used over and over again and all kinds of projects.
I love the hand stitched heart as well as the machine stitched detail around the white cardstock.  It gives her page such a nice finished look.
Cindy dry embossed the white cardstock on her card by running it through her Sizzix Big Shot in a swiss dot embossing folder.  Dry embossing makes a plain piece of cardstock really stand out.
