Hi Everyone!
It is Melanie here today, and I have a couple of really fun projects that I want to share with you. Both of them were created using our May Hip Kit. I love the bright colors! They make me happy just looking at them! |
The 1st project that I want to show you is a super sweet card. The Dear Lizzy banner sticker inspired me to use it as a definition for my card. I absolutely LOVE the blue gingham ribbon–so soft and the perfect addition to my card. Don’t you think this card could brighten up someone’s day? |
My 2nd project is a layout that I created using the honeycomb patterned paper by Echo Park. This one was very “me” as I love to fussy-cut elements for my projects. This patterned paper was perfect thing for me to take my scissors to! 🙂 I backed the photo with the herringbone paper and a thin cardstock mat to make it stand out from the yellow background. Adding in the Dear Lizzy heart-border stickers helps keep the eye moving around the page. I cut out a few extra hexagons and used dimensional adhesive to pop them up off the page. I did the same thing behind the title banner. This added a nice touch to my page. |
I hope my projects today inspired you to take our your May Hip Kit and create some fun projects of your own. Thanks so much for stopping by today. Make sure to visit tomorrow to see another awesome project made with our May Hip Kit. Happy crafting! Melanie |
